Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your Cokó products, please contact us. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
In case of damaged/defective product:
We take great care in crafting, packaging, and shipping our natural products. If your order arrives physically damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@cokosoaps.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo proof of the issue
This allows us to review the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
What Qualifies as Damage:
Damage refers to physical harm that affects the usability of the product, including:
- Cracked, crushed, punctured, or leaking containers
- Broken or spilled items
- Receiving the wrong product
What Does Not Qualify as Damage:
Because our products are made with natural oils, butters, and colorants, certain changes are normal and not considered damage, including:
- Melting or softening due to heat exposure during transit
- Natural surface effects such as sweating, frosting, or slight texture/color variations
- Slight scent differences due to natural ingredients
These cosmetic changes do not affect the safety or performance of the product.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at orders@cokosoaps.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
