Shipping policy

Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. We are not able to change or reroute packages once they have shipped.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.

Delivered Packages:

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If your package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier directly to begin a claim or investigation.

    We are unable to issue refunds or send replacements for orders that show Delivered.

  • For the fastest help, please contact your local post office or the carrier’s customer service with your tracking number.

Melted Products:

  • Our products are made with natural oils and butters, which may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. While all orders are packaged securely, we cannot control environmental conditions once a shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for products that melt during delivery or while in the possession of the carrier. Melted products remain safe for use, and texture changes do not affect product performance.

  • Customers are advised to retrieve packages promptly to minimize heat exposure.
